I specialize in helping individuals manage and regulate their emotions during life transitioning challenges. I have closely worked with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and abuse. I believe that coming to counseling takes courage and taking that first step can take you a long way. I like to work closely with my clients by listening to their life experiences and identify goals to ensure that their emotional goals are being worked on and met.
During treatment, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also utilize a psychodynamic approach tailoring to my clients therapeutic needs. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in an individual and group capacity.
